Detailed Directions For USE 1. Skin must be clean and dry before applying, shave off excess hair if necessary. 2. Connect the female snap on the lead wire with the male snap on pad/Insert the pins of the lead wire from the device into the electrode wire connectors. 3. Remove pad from protective liner and apply firmly to the skin. 4. After treating, turn off the TENS unit, Lift at the edge of electrodes and peel. Avoid touching the gel as much as possible. 5. Attach the pad onto protective liner and put it into sealed bag to avoid the gel dry-off.
